For 12 wonderful days this winter, nearly 50,000 visitors will experience the magic of the holiday season at NOLA ChristmasFest.
We are seeking a select group of craft vendors to offer high-quality, locally produced items for sale at the family-friendly event. The cost to participate as a vendor is $350 for twelve days, December 20-31, 2019. The fee includes: an exhibit area with one (1) six-foot table, and two chairs; one (1) complimentary parking pass for each day of the event; and electricity & wi-fi.
Vendors will need to be approved by the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. No food vendors will be considered. All vendors must abide by the sales laws of the State of Louisiana and local governing bodies and must have valid licensing.
Vendor Booths are 10 x 10 spaces set in pods of 2 units.

- Load-In: Thursday, December 19, 9:00 AM—4:30 PM
- December 20-23: 11:00 AM—9:00 PM
- December 24: 11:00 AM—5:00 PM
- December 25: 2:00—7:00 PM
- December 26-30: 11:00 AM—9:00 PM
- December 31: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tear-down: December 31, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
