Our Zamboni keeps the ice nice, but it needs a name with a little New Orleans flair. Have a clever name for our Zamboni or a festive pun that sleighs? Send us your idea!

We’ll select six finalists, then you’ll vote for your favorite. The winning name will be revealed Dec. 23 and displayed on the Zamboni.

• Dec. 7: Learn the six names in the finals and get ready to vote.
• Dec. 9-16: Vote for your favorite.
• Dec. 23: The big reveal! See the newly named Zamboni on opening day or during your visit through Jan. 2, 2027.

How to Enter + Contest Rules (Approved by Santa’s Elves)

Complete the form below with your name, email address and one suggested Zamboni name.

• Suggested names must be 20 characters or less.
• Political names or references, slurs, profanity and/or someone’s legal name are not permitted. (Don’t end up on the naughty list!) Parody-style names may be considered.
• By submitting an entry, you give NOLA ChristmasFest permission to use your suggested name in contest materials and display it on the Zamboni if selected.

What happens if my submission is the winning name?

Bragging rights on ice! There’s no better prize than seeing your winning name on the NOLA ChristmasFest Zamboni all event long. You’ll also have the ultimate bragging rights to tell your friends and family, “I named that!”
