Ticketing Information
ENTRY:
Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
CASHLESS:
NOLA ChristmasFest 2026 is credit card only. This includes ticket purchases and onsite concessions.
OTHER:
NOLA ChristmasFest reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activity associated with this event. Individual ticket purchase is required on those ages 2 and up.
Event Tickets
General Admission Tickets include access to rides and activities listed below. Height and other restrictions may apply.
What’s included:
• Ice skating and skate rental
• All rides and attractions, except items listed below.
What’s NOT Included:
• Food and Beverage (credit card only)
• Cookie Decorating (credit card only)
• Face Painting
Each session is 4.5 hours in length (except for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). To maximize your time slot, please come on time. Each time slot has a limited capacity and some popular time slots will sell out. Please make your plans early to receive your desired date and time.
PRICING
Ticket Prices are $25 during weekdays and $30 on Saturday/Sunday (plus ticketing fees). Tickets are non-refundable and good for a single admission at the specific time frame AND the specific day you choose.

Getting Here
New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is accessible via RTA, busses and streetcar lines. NOLA ChristmasFest is also accessible via Uber, Lyft, taxis and sightseeing buses. NOLA ChristmasFest takes place in Hall G-I (eye). Your
ride-share driver should use 400 Calliope Street as the address for the Festival.
Parking
RESERVE YOUR PARKING HERE!
Convenient parking is available across from NOLA ChristmasFest (Halls G,H, I) at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA in Lot F.
Parking is $23 flat fee per day through the Park Mobile app. The entrance to Lot F can be found at 400 Calliope Street. Digital signage will be available to direct you into the lot.
We have ample ADA parking. Please email parking@mccno.com if you have specific needs.

Hilton Riverside
Convenient lodging is located nearby. Special Papa Noel rates are available through the holidays at many area hotels. NOLA ChristmasFest recommends preferred partner, Hilton Riverside.
