What does NOLA ChristmasFest cost?
$20.00 per person per day. This includes all rides, inflatables, ice skating and skates, ice slides, etc. This does not include: food and beverage, face painting, photographs with Santa and parking.
Who needs a ticket for NOLA ChristmasFest?
All attendees must have a ticket to enter with the exception of children 2 years and under. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult escort.
There must be 1 adult chaperone (21 or over) for every 10 children.
Can I drop off my teenager and their friends?
All minors age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Anyone 21 years or younger should be prepared to show a driver license, state ID or passport before purchasing a ticket for entry.

If I buy tickets on Ticketmaster or at the Ticket Office, are they for a specific day?
Yes, your ticket with have a specific date you choose to come. Tickets are only good for single use (one day).
If you purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster, should I print them at home and bring them with me?
Yes! When your purchase is complete, click on the “View Tickets” button on the order detail page of your account and print the page from your browser, not through the Ticketmaster app. Online tickets are also available for pick-up at the Will Call window near the entrance to NOLA ChristmasFest. Orders placed over the phone will be mailed to the address provided at time of purchase.
Can I leave the NOLA ChristmasFest and return later in the day?
No. There is a no-reentry policy into NOLA ChristmasFest.
Can I combine one discount with another discount?
Are there discounts for people enlisted in the military?
Yes. Active military and first responders along with their families may attend NOLA ChristmasFest on Friday, December 22 for $10 per person. Proper ID is required.
I do not plan on ice skating or riding rides, do I have to pay $20 for admission?
Guests that wish to enter NOLA ChristmasFest must pay $20 for admission regardless of which activities they plan to do.

What can I bring to NOLA ChristmasFest? Are there any prohibited items?
You are welcome to bring the following items:
- Strollers for children
- Handheld, personal-sized umbrellas
- Medical scooters
- Wheelchairs (The Convention Center is ADA Compliant)
Certain items are prohibited from the festival:
- No glass
- No weapons
- No pets or animals
- No outside food or beverages

Are there height and age restrictions on the inflatables or carnival rides? Click Here
Are there height and age restrictions on the indoor ice skating rink?
No height or age restrictions apply to the rink; however, participants must be able to fit into the ice skates provided, which range from size Youth 9 (Children 2 – 5 years old) to Adult 14. Skaters may bring their own ice skates! Don’t forget to wear or bring socks if you plan to skate. All skaters must have socks before securing skates. Helmets are not required for ice skaters, but are allowed.
Does the ice rink have a skating capacity?
The ice skating rink will not “sell out” however, for safety reasons there is a capacity for the number of people on the ice at one time.
Do I need a wristband or reservation to skate?
No, your admission ticket to NOLA ChristmasFest is all inclusive to gain access to ice skating rink.
Is there a time limit on ice skating?
There is no limit; however, there will be time for rink maintenance when the ice will be cleared of skaters.
Photos with Santa
Yes! Riverview Photography will be on site. You can also take selfies with holiday characters in the Hall of Trees – however, no Santa selfies please.

What are the rules about photography during the event?
Feel free to bring your own cameras and take as many pictures as you like! Professional photos with Santa will also be available for purchase. No drones allowed.

Yes, there will be concession type food and beverage available at family friendly pricing. No outside food and beverages are permitted.
Will alcohol be sold at NOLA ChristmasFest?
A selection of wine, beer, and special Christmas cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Yes. Various designs ranging from $5 – $10 (cash only)
Does NOLA ChristmasFest accommodate guests with disabilities?
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center New Orleans (ENMCC) is committed to providing superior service to all patrons and works closely with event organizers to provide reasonable measures to accommodate guests with disabilities.
ENMCC provides service ramps to entrances and elevated areas, automatic doors, an array of passenger elevators, restroom facilities for the disabled, as well as braille instructions and directional signage at strategic locations throughout the building.
Mobility scooter rental is available at ENMCC at our UPS Store, located on Lobby F. We welcome and encourage our guests to make arrangements in advance: Please complete our Mobility Scooter Reservation Form (.docx) and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org. Parking for persons with disabilities is offered in surrounding lots and is available on the first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are marked accordingly, and the number of spaces fluctuates from event to event. Click Here for a map.

Service animals are permitted at ENMCC. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. It does not include emotional support or comfort animals. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Patrons requiring sign language / oral interpreters, assisted listening devices or other special needs during an event should contact the event organizer in advance.
