Tips for a Great Visit

To make your visit at the NOLA ChristmasFest enjoyable, take advantage of these tips:

  • Buy tickets in advance and skip the ticket line!
  • Mark your calendar and plan your trip!
  • Bring your Ticketmaster confirmation number and printed tickets with you the day of your visit.
  • Familiarize yourself with your transportation and parking options. Click here to review the PARKING options.
  • Check operation hours for the date you purchased your ticket and arrive early. Visit on weekdays to take advantage of lighter crowds.
  • Note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Click here to review the Youth Escort Policy for more information.
  • Ice skating and Ice slide tickets sales onsite will stop one hour before closing. At one hour before closing you will not be able to get in line for skating or ice slide.
  • All bags are subject to inspection. Pack lightly to expedite your entrance.
  • Wear socks if you plan to skate on the Ice Skating Rink.
  • If you plan to visit Santa, please take note Santa will leave NOLA ChristmasFest on Christmas Eve at 3:00 PM.
  • Take advantage of coat check, available near the main ice rink. ($3 per item.) Sorry, Coat check cannot accept any valuable such as purses, cameras, etc.
  • No outside food and beverages may be brought into the New Orleans Convention Center.
  • No Re-entry is allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Separated from your group? Meet at the Guest Services desk. Parents may place their cell phone number in their child’s pocket or write it on their wristband so our friendly Guest Services Assistants can reconnect any separated parties.
