Tips for a Great Visit

To make your visit at the NOLA ChristmasFest enjoyable, take advantage of these tips:

  • Buy tickets in advance and skip the ticket line.
  • Mark your calendar and plan your trip.
  • Bring your Ticketmaster confirmation number and printed tickets with you the day of your visit.
  • Familiarize yourself with your transportation and parking options. Click here to review the parking options.
  • Check operation hours for the date you purchased your ticket and arrive early. Visit on weekdays to take advantage of lighter crowds.
  • Note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Click here to review the Youth Escort Policy for more information.
  • Entry to NOLA ChristmasFest will stop one hour prior to closing. The ice slide and ice rink lines will also close at this time.
  • All bags are subject to inspection. Pack lightly to expedite your entrance.
  • Wear socks if you plan to skate on the Ice Skating Rink.
  • If you plan to visit Santa, please take note Santa will leave NOLA ChristmasFest on Christmas Eve at 3:00 PM.
  • Take advantage of coat check, available near the main ice rink. ($3 per item.) Sorry, coat check cannot accept any valuables such as purses, cameras, etc.
  • No outside food and beverages may be brought into the New Orleans Convention Center.
  • No re-entry is allowed.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Separated from your group? Meet at the guest services desk. Parents may place their cell phone number in their child’s pocket or write it on their wristband so our friendly guest services assistants can reconnect any separated parties.
